We are two sisters Svitlana and Iryna who have the passion for making dumplings. Yess, dumplings!

I am Svitlana and I have lived in England for over 30 years, however my sister Iryna has made a temporary refuge in London due to the war.

Our roots go back to Ukraine – we are the nation who loves eating and cooking dumplings. This is our comfort food and we would like to share it with you.

One warm evening in Summer 2022 while having friend to enjoyed dumpling Smachno was conceived in Wandsworth, London.

We use good quality ingredients to make this delicious product. Once the dumpling is made, we pop it in the freezer to lock the freshness – they can be cooked straight from frozen in 3-4 minutes and are great either for kids or adults.  1kg of dumplings approximately 4 adult servings.

After 17 months in London Iryna made her decision to reunite with her husband back in Ukraine, where she now lives as a family albeit in difficult conditions. However, it means that I am now the only sister that is keeping Smachno alive.

Though dumplings are our top sellers, we also introduced other specialities such as Syrniki – cottage cheese cakes, Holubtsy – cabbage leaves stuffed with meat, stuffed Peppers. Speciality salads such as Oliv’er, Mimosa and the most controversial one is Herring under Fur Coat.
